जम्मू-कश्मीर शस्त्र लाइसेंस कांड: भिंड में BSF के पूर्व जवान प्रमोद शर्मा के घर CBI की रेड; देश भर में 41 ठिकानों पर एक साथ Action

भिंड-सीबीआई की टीम पहुंची भिंड के कचनाव गांव कचनाव गांव निवासी प्रमोद चौधरी के घर की ली तलाशी जम्मू कश्मीर से बड़ी तादाद में फर्जी लाइसेंस बनाए जाने के मामले में प्रमोद चौधरी को कर रही है तलाश गोरमी थाना पुलिस के सहयोग से घर मे दस्तावेजो की ली गई तलाशी प्रमोद चौधरी जम्मू में बीएसएफ में था पदस्थ वर्तमान में नौकरी छोड़ चुका है आरोपी प्रमोद चौधरी देश भर में 41 जगह एक साथ कि गई छापे मारी।   जम्मू-कश्मीर शस्त्र लाइसेंस मामले में भिंड में BSF के पूर्व जवान प्रमोद शर्मा के घर CBI का छापा; देश भर में 41 ठिकानों पर एक साथ छापा जम्मू-कश्मीर के फर्जी शस्त्र लाइसेंस मामले में CBI की 8 लोगों की टीम ने मंगलवार को भिंड में गोरमी के कचनाव कलां गांव में छापामार कार्रवाई की। भोपाल से  CBI की टीम  BSF के पूर्व जवान प्रमोद शर्मा के घर फर्जी शस्त्र लाइसेंस से जुड़े दस्तावेजों को खंगालने के लिए पहुची थी। पता चला है कि CBI ने प्रमोद के घर से अलमारियों का ताला तोड़कर दस्तावेज हासिल किए हैं। जानकारी के अनुसार करीब दो घंटे तक छापामार कार्रवाई के बाद टीम यहां से वापस  हुई है। BSF के पूर्व जवान से CBI इस कांड में पहले भी कई बार पूछताछ कर चुकी है। जिले में बड़ी संख्या में लोगों के पास जम्मू कश्मीर से बने शस्त्र लाइसेंस हैं। CBI की टीम पूर्व जवान से कई बार अपने कार्यालय में बुलाकर पूछताछ कर चुकी है, लेकिन अब कुछ दस्तावेजों को सीज करना था। मंगलवार को दल ने प्रमोद के घर पर छापेमारी हुई । यह कुल 2 लाख 78 हजार फर्जी लायसेंस का केस है। बता दें कि जम्मू कश्मीर में फर्जी शस्त्र लाइसेंस जारी करने के रैकेट का खुलासा हुआ। उसके बाद वर्ष 2019 में इसकी जांच CBI ने शुरू की थी। जांच के दौरान कचनावकलां निवासी प्रमोद शर्मा का नाम आया था। बताया गया है कि प्रमोद ने BSF की नौकरी में जम्मू कश्मीर में तैनाती के दौरान फर्जी शस्त्र लाइसेंस बनवाए हैं। साल 2017 में जम्मू कश्मीर में फर्जी शस्त्र लाइसेंस जारी करने का खुलासा राजस्थान आतंकवाद निरोधक दस्ते (एटीएस) ने किया था। राजस्थान एटीएस ने फर्जी शस्त्र लाइसेंस जारी करने के आरोप में 50 से अधिक लोगों को गिरफ्तार किया था। जम्मू कश्मीर से वर्ष 2012-2016 के बीच में फर्जी शस्त्र लाइसेंस जारी किए गए हैं। वर्ष 2019 में यह मामला सीबीआई के पास पहुंचा है। अब फर्जी लाइसेंस रैकेट के तार भिंड से भी जुड़ गए हैं। The Central Bureau of Investigation has today conducted searches at around 41 locations including at Srinagar, Anantnag, Banihal, Baramulla, Jammu, Doda, Rajouri, Kishtwar (Jammu & Kashmir), Leh, Delhi & Bhind (Madhya Pradesh) at the official & residential premises of around 14 then public servants including then DMs (IAS/KAS), DIO, Clerks etc; around 05 private persons (middlemen/agents); around 10 Gun houses/dealers in an on-going investigation of a case related to Arms licence racket. During searches, Incriminating documents including issuance of arms licenses, list of beneficiaries, documents related to investment in FDRs & other sale proceeds, property documents, bank account details, locker keys, diary comprising incriminating details, arms license Registers, electronic gadgets/mobile phones and some cash including old currency were recovered. CBI had registered two cases on the request of J & K Government and further Notification from Government of India, and taken over the investigation of two FIRs i.e No.18 of 2018 dated 17.05.2018 earlier registered at Police Station Vigilance Organisation Kashmir (VOK) and FIR No. 11 of 2018 dated 17.05.2018 of Police Station Vigilance Organisation Jammu (VOJ) on the allegations of bulk issuance of arms licenses in the erstwhile State of J & K during the period 2012 to 2016. It was alleged that more than 2.78 lakh arms licences were issued to the non-entitled persons. CBI also collected documents pertaining to the issuance of said armed licences allegedly spread over 22 districts of J&K. During investigation and scrutiny of documents, the role of certain gun dealers was found who in connivance with the public servants i.e. the then DM and ADM etc of concerned District, had allegedly issued such illegal arms licenses to the ineligible persons. It was also alleged that the persons who got these licenses were not residents of the places from where the said arms licenses were issued. Investigation is continuing.
